Payment terms:
Payment is made by transferring funds to the supplier’s account within 63 days from the receipt of equipment at the buyer's warehouse in Volgograd. The cost of special accessories and shipping costs are included in the cost of equipment.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is made to the buyer's warehouse in Volgograd no later than 6 calendar weeks from the date of signing the specification. The supplier must ensure the integrity of the packaging and the safety of transportation of equipment.

In case of non-compliance with the conditions of the procurement procedure, the bidder reserves the right not to consider the submitted application.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with submitting the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure, to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. It is MANDATORY to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability towards the participants.
