Commercial Proposals can be submitted by e-mail.
1) Please note that participation in the competition means acceptance of the buyer's contract form.
2) It is necessary to attach a Commercial offer in electronic form.
3) When issuing a Commercial Proposal, it is necessary to indicate the manufacturer of the product, the availability of the product, the production time, the delivery time to the supplier's warehouse, the dimensions of the cargo (weight, volume, number of containers), the point of shipment;
4) The products must be new, not used;
5) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming
the quality;
6) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see the example of filling in the bid
documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
