This request for quotation procedure is not a tender procedure. The organizer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotations at any time, without incurring any liability to the Suppliers!

- ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT IN EDITION BY THE CUSTOMER;
- THE WORKS SHOULD BE PERFORMED BY OWN FORCES WITHOUT INVOLVEMENT OF SUB-CONTRACTING ORGANIZATIONS;
- The cost of services should be determined based on the cost of 1 meter of penetration;
- The cost of 1 meter of telemetry support should include transport costs, study, round-the-clock engineering and technological support at the well, equipping process engineers with wagon houses, cellular communication, and the Internet.
