This bidding procedure is not a tender procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the request for price procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Suppliers!

3. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT IN THE EDITOR OF THE CUSTOMER.
4. WORKS MUST BE PERFORMED BY OWN FORCES WITHOUT ATTRACTING SUB-CONTRACTUAL ORGANIZATIONS.
5. All equipment must comply with the required technical specifications, GOST, TU, and also have passports, certificates of conformity, and operating instructions.
6. Experience in using telemetry systems in the Orenburg region is required. Attach well reports.
7. The cost of services should be determined from the calculation of the cost of 1 meter of penetration with a telesystem.
8. Gamma-ray logging is included in the cost of 1 meter penetration with a telesystem.
9. The cost of 1 meter of telemetric support should include transportation costs, development, round-the-clock engineering and technological support at the well, equipping the engineer with wagon-houses, cellular communications, and the Internet.
