Comments:
. «Artist» during the exploitation process of accompaniment of the AU should ensure:
• the continued health of the AU, in accordance with the rules of the "Customer";
• update information banks AU via the Internet with new information or by delivery of a specialist in the Office of "Customer";
• the arrival of specialists to address failures in the AL during the 0.5 hours from the moment of registration and failure alerts "Performer" by customer by phone to correct any contingencies, including reinstallation of the AU;
• safety equipment the customer throughout the period of the provision of services. Reparation inflicted "Performer" customer equipment shall be made in full by carrying out repairs and/or replacement at the discretion of the customer "Customer";
• confidentiality the customer, which became known to him in the course of providing the services.
• getting "customer" advice on working with instances of AL ATP Plus Consultant in the Office of "Customer" and/or "Artist";
• informational and technical support to users;
• customer training and effective methods of work with the AU, with the possibility of obtaining a certificate of a qualified user.
• search for documents that are not included in the customer have installed copies of the AU, and the provision of "Customer" the possibilities of obtaining the necessary texts of documents if any, operational assistance in obtaining documents on individual request;
• technical health prevention and health recovery instances instances in case of failures of computer equipment after their elimination by customer;
• replacement software versions;
• installing modules when making improvements to the system;
• operating system reinstallation when changing equipment from the customer;
• informing users about news legislation, new products and services company.
