Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The customer pays the cost of information services in the next month after the services provided, within 10 calendar days after the invoice is issued by the Contractor
Delivery terms:daily on weekdays via the Internet.
The Contractor agrees with the Customer a convenient time for the delivery of information, and the Customer undertakes to ensure the readiness of the technical means and unhindered access to a copy of the System at the agreed time in case of delivery of information by the Contractor's specialist; allocate a responsible employee for receiving information from the Contractor and ensure that an updated anti-virus package is available on the computer in order to eliminate controversial software protection issues.
