Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:$ buyer payment shall be effected on the basis of the United States issued a supplier invoice (invoice) for details of the provider specified in the account. The payment procedure is as follows: Buyer lists Vendor payment as an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the contract amount. These funds are used by the provider for ordering, procurement of components and production Goods manufacturer. Payment, in the amount of the remaining 50% of the value of the delivered products. The second payment shall be made by the buyer in favour of the supplier within 10 banking days after receipt of the goods.
