Auto-extension

Payment terms:
payment for Goods is carried out in the following order:
- 50% of the value of the goods is payable by the customer on the basis of the account provider, within 10 (ten) working days counting from the date of conclusion of the supply contract by the parties;
- 40% of the value of the goods is payable by the customer on the basis of the heading of the invoice (BARGAIN 12)/UPD and the vendor account, within 10 (ten) working days counting from the date of signature of the customer call tag (BARGAIN 12)/UPD;
- 10% of the value of the goods is payable by the customer on the basis of the Act of carrying out of starting-up and adjustment works of delivered goods and the vendor account, within 10 (ten) working days counting from the date of signing by the customer Act on carrying out of starting-up and adjustment works delivered goods.
Date of payment is determined by the date of debiting of settlement account of the buyer.
Payments for the delivered goods shall be made by transfer of payment orders by the buyer of cashless funds to the bank account of the provider.
Cost includes:

- the cost of transporting the goods at the delivery point;
- the cost of packaging and insurance of the goods;
- the cost of technical and operational documentation for the goods;
- the cost of assembling of delivered goods;
- the cost of commissioning of delivered goods;
- initial training of service personnel in the territory of the buyer;
- payment of customs fees, duties and other compulsory payments.
Delivery terms:
goods delivery is carried out by the provider on his own and at his own expense.

Commissioning of delivered goods are carried out within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the notification of the customer on Provider preparedness equipment and engineering services to the conduct of commissioning.
The obligation of the vendor to deliver the goods is considered to be executed since the signing of the Act by the employer conducting commissioning of delivered goods.
The provider sends the buyer together with the goods of the following documents:
- product invoice (Torg-12)/UPD,
- invoice/UPD,
- certificate of conformity Gost or TU for the goods;
- environmental compliance certificate;
- technical and operational documentation on the Product.
