Payment terms:Payment for actually completed works is made monthly within 30 calendar days from the date of signing the forms KS-2, KS-3 (SMR, NDP).
The advance payment (no more than 30% of the total cost of the work), if necessary, is made against a bank guarantee issued by the Customer's bank, valid until the end of the work plus 30 days. Commissions related to the issuance and servicing of a bank guarantee are paid at the Contractor's expense.
Delivery terms:In the tender offer, it is necessary to additionally provide for costs that are not taken into account by the estimated documentation: the cost of work on the PPR; the cost of setting up temporary buildings, structures and other devices; winter price increases; delivery of all goods, including from the Customer's warehouses; mobilization; travel expenses; object protection; use of modular scaffolding; OTIPB costs and all other costs that may arise during the execution of the work.

Comments:
The conclusion of a contract is made on the essential terms of a standard contract (Appendix No. 2). The contract shall stipulate a condition for the monthly provision of a Time Sheet and/or other time record agreed with the Customer in respect of the Contractor's Personnel.
Please note:
• a prerequisite for the contract concluded based on the results of the competitive bidding process is the fulfillment of the requirements of the OTiPB Agreement (Appendix No. 7) and the standard of our company STO 00186826-HS-54-0056-2021 "The procedure for managing contractors in the field of labor protection, industrial and fire safety, environmental protection and safe road movements of JSC "Stoilensky GOK" (sent on request);
• NLMK Group enterprises conclude contracts with organizations that have qualified in the categories of Call for Bidding D0533 SMR and NDP, with a positive conclusion in the field of OTiPB. In case of non-qualification of the Leader No. 1 or failure to eliminate the restrictions that prevent the performance of work before the deadline set by the parties, the victory is awarded to the next Bidder in the rating.
