Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

In order to preserve the current average payment deferral period, we ask you to agree on the execution of an additional agreement to increase the payment deferral by 7 or more calendar days. The proposed change will allow payments to be made on a Single payment Day while maintaining the average terms of deferred payment under this agreement (due to payment earlier than the final date of obligations under the agreement).

The seller is obliged to transfer the goods to the buyer free of any rights of third parties. Failure by the Seller to fulfill this obligation gives the right to demand a reduction in the price of the goods or termination of the contract.
