Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Comments: 1. Required download of the following documents: Offer card completed, certificate/passports for goods, document (certificate, official letter, certificate, etc.) confirming the relationship supplier/seller to product - official dealer, manufacturer, manufacturer representative, free seller.
2. The goods delivered must be New, serviceable and suitable for future use by the buyer. No used goods are allowed.
3. You need to complete the commercial offer form uploaded to the purchase documentation.
4. Before shipment, to the customer, you must fill out a packing sheet (see example filling in the purchase documentation), stick the packing sheet on the packaged cargo place/packaging goods, take pictures of cargo places. Email a copy of the packing sheet and photo of each cargo place to the buyer (If applicable to Product).
5. The packaging of goods must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products shipped to areas of the far north and equated terrain. Packaging, Marking, Transportation and Storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Cargo Marking" (If applicable to Product)
6. Criteria for choosing the best offer: agreement with the buyer's contract form, quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, packaging, work experience.
7. This procedure for asking for price/offers is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Russian Civil Code; thus, this procedure of requesting a proposal does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer
