Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 45 calendar days after the end of the reporting period (month) in which the delivery was made.
Delivery terms:Prices are excluding VAT.

Transportation costs are included in the cost of production on the basis of the DDP delivery basis - Kogalym, Base BPO LLC "LUKOIL-AIK" 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway. (shipping costs are not refunded separately)

Product delivery is carried out in separate batches, drawn up by the relevant accounting documents within the time period established by law, during the year.

Delivery is carried out: vehicles to the buyer's warehouse (the diagram is attached);

Products must be properly packaged and protected from damage.

Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of the quotation, indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery ;;
2. The list of constituent documents (the list is attached in the attached file)
3. Permissive documentation;
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed with the seal of the enterprise.
Georeferencing:Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, Surgut district
Comments:
To participate are:
1. Manufacturers of products;
2. Companies that are official representatives of the manufacturer;
3. Applicants with experience in the supply of similar products

The winner of the competitive procedure is determined, subject to the agreement of signing a model contract without disagreement. The winner will be determined by the following criteria:

1. Minimum price;
2. Optimal delivery time of products;
3. Product quality
4. Supplier Reliability

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
This price request is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to make a purchase at any time from the day of its announcement, including after the deadline for receiving applications.
