The Buyer pays for the received new Product in the amount of 100% of the value of the Product within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of signing the consignment note / consignment note or other document confirming the acceptance of the Product, provided there are no claims for quality, quantity, completeness , completing the delivered Goods and provided that the Buyer receives an invoice duly issued in the name of the Buyer, the original contract, specifications and originals of shipping documents. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods is carried out within 30 days from the date of transfer to the Buyer of all of the above documents.
