Commercial proposal shall specify:
1) The cost of inventory with VAT in the supplier's warehouse, taking into account the packaging (packaging should be only according to Gost 15846-2002 and Gost 14192-96). The total amount must be reflected in the KP. The cost should be the ultimate, solid, include all the extra. Costs (packaging, labelling, etc.).
3) attitude to production-free seller, dealer
