Auto-extension

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade Procurement System "B2V-Cordiant" on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and has the rights of the Participant Systems.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, and all discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a contest or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications without imposition of liability.
4) If the supplier takes part in the bidding, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a contract of delivery according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreement and make delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial offer indicating the delivery time.
6) The choice of the winner is made for each position separately (position purchase) on the basis of minimum prices, with a minimum price difference positionally, but a significant difference in the value of the lot, - lot purchase is possible.
7) If the winner for any reason refuses to supply a certain position at the price offered for the competition, the buyer has the right to order this position from the supplier who has provided for the competition the second cheapness proposal for this position.
