100% payment upon delivery of goods and materials to the Buyer's warehouse
Delivery terms:
Price shall include cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse (in this case delivery method should be specified). Quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the goods should be produced when the supplied item becomes available. The supplied item shall be new and not restored. The item should be labeled. When the goods are being shipped the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending the goods by the Carrier.

Comments: 1) Please note that participation in the procedure implies your agreement with Buyer’s contract form. 2) Commercial proposal shall be provided in electronic format. 3) Commercial proposal shall specify the product manufacturer, product availability, production time, time of delivery to the Supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), dispatching point; 4) the supplied products shall be new and unused; 5) the goods must be accompanied with certificates of conformity, passport and quality confirming document; 6) before shipping packing list needs to be filled (see example of filling of purchasing documents) and attached to the package, copies of the documents are to be sent to the customer via e-mail. Please note, that this request is not a tender announcement (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles No. 447-449 of the Section I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles No.1057-1061 of the Section II of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of the civil obligations on the Organizer and Organizer reserves the right to reject all the received proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time incurring no liability before the Participants.
