Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment deferral of not less than 50 calendar days from products delivery to the Consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery time: 1st quarter of 2020. (According to the delivery schedule). Transportation costs in bringing the goods to the warehouse of the transport company (the buyer's warehouse) in Omsk borne by the Supplier.
Commercial proposal shall be attached.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade - procurement system "B2B-Cordiant" http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru on site in accordance with established procedure, have the right participants in the system.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) By participating in the bidding Supplier agrees, if awarded the contract, to conclude a standard supply agreement of AO Cordiant without a protocol of disagreements and carry out the delivery subject to the conditions specified in purchase announcement.
