In order to maintain the current average deferral period, please agree on an additional agreement to increase the deferral of payment by 7 or more calendar days. The proposed change will allow payments to be made on the Single Payment Day while maintaining the average deferral period under this agreement (by paying earlier than the final commitment date by contract).

Seller is obliged to transfer goods free of any third party rights to the buyer. The Seller's failure to fulfil this duty entitles you to demand a reduction in the price of the goods
