- Readiness to work under a standard contract and specifications - conclusion of a contract, annexes and specifications in the form provided by Tambov Bacon LLC (see attachment). If the commercial proposal does not refuse to work under the standard contract, OOO Tambov Bacon - by default, is regarded as consent to work under the standard contract;
- supplier status: manufacturer, trading company or official distributor, availability of a license and licensed warehouse;
- quality certificates for products, specifications (composition of goods).
THE COMMERCIAL OFFER WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- without an attached file, a commercial offer for Lots, corresponding to the results of the trading procedure
- without a package of documents in accordance with the word file "List of documents for concluding a contract"
- without the consent of the Federal Tax Service to disclose tax secrets under codes 1100 and 1400. Consent must be registered on the website of the Charter of the APK and reflected on this information. resource when checking.
This trading procedure is one-stage, no rebidding will be carried out.
