Payment terms:
The price of goods is specified including VAT 18% and includes all costs for transportation of goods to the warehouse of the Buyer in Bratsk, Irkutsk Region.The buyer shall pay by transferring money to the account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% of the value of goods - within sixty (60) calendar days from the date of acceptance of goods from the carrier in the warehouse of the Buyer.
Delivery terms:
Delivery term: Q 2, 2016. The supplier makes delivery of goods at his own expense and using its own resources to the warehouse of the Buyer. The quantity shall be determined in accordance with the submitted application. The number of deliveries is determined according to the submitted application. Provision of the quality certificate or other document proving the quality of the goods is required. The supplied goods shall be new, not repaired.
