Delivery terms:
1. The price shall be specified on Ex-Works basis, Supplier's warehouse, with the location of the shipment warehouse specified.
2. Packing list, specifying the quantity of goods, must be attached to each cargo package
3. Warranty periods for goods and materials must be valid at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials by the customer, or from the date of commissioning of goods and materials (one of the options is required).
