Payment terms:100% post payment upon delivery of the shopping center to the Buyer's warehouse within 20 banking days
Delivery terms:1. Prices should be indicated on the terms of delivery to the buyer's warehouse. To include transportation costs in the cost of production. In the cost of the goods, it is necessary to take into account the packaging and labeling according to GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 "Products sent to the regions of the far north and areas equated to them. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage";
2. Specify the manufacturer of the products. Specify the relationship to the products. If a dealer or distributor, attach documents confirming the status. (If necessary)

3. Attach a Declaration of Conformity/Certificate for the offered products. When delivered complete with cargo, there must be a passport and a RE.(If necessary)

4. Products must be new, not used. Products must comply with the terms of reference (if any).

5. When shipping, a packing list must be attached to each cargo place in the form specified by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo place.

8. The warranty periods for the shopping center should begin to operate at least from the date of receipt of the shopping center by the customer or from the moment the shopping center is put into operation (one of the proposed options is mandatory). Specify.

Criteria for the selection of the winner:

1. The lowest transaction value, taking into account the price on the terms of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse.
2. The period of product readiness for shipment.
3. The Bidder's attitude to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
4. Provision of a complete package of documents specified in the terms of the procedure.

Comments:
1) Please note that participation in the procedure means agreement with the form of the buyer's contract.
2) It is necessary to attach a Commercial offer IN the FORM of an attachment with the following conditions:
-SPECIFY TWO COSTS of ITEMS (the cost on the terms of pickup and the cost with delivery)!!!!
-specify the manufacturer of the products;
-availability, production time,
-delivery time to the supplier's warehouse;
-dimensions of the cargo (approximately)
- point of dispatch;
- terms of payment;
-attitude to the supplied goods (manufacturer, dealer, free seller)
-WARRANTY (specific period without reference to the manufacturer)
-The cost of the Goods should take into account the packaging according to GOST for the regions of the far North
3) The products must be new, not used;
4) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming
the quality;
