Comments:
The commercial offer must be valid for at least 45 calendar days after the completion of the procedure on the electronic trading platform.
The price of the supplied products in the offer must be indicated in Russian rubles
Input control. When making a Commercial Proposal, register all the requirements in full, in accordance with the request.
The offer price includes the cost of goods (products), as well as transportation costs for delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, relocation, NDT services and training of the Customer's (Buyer's) personnel.
The provision of a guarantee for products (goods) is mandatory (the offer must specify the warranty period), as well as the addresses of warranty centers, the timing of sending employees to perform warranty work and the final end dates of warranty work in accordance with the terms of Requirements Specification No. 19.
The Parties conclude a delivery contract in the form of a Buyer (Customer). The parties sign a Confidentiality Agreement to the agreement.
