Payment terms:
The purchaser shall pay by transferring money to the account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% within 60 days after delivery of goods to the warehouse of the Buyer. Transportation costs shall be included in the cost of production. Preference is given to suppliers who offer - 100% payment delay on the delivery of products to the destination station within 60 days. In case of advance payment the Supplier shall submit an irrevocable bank guarantee for an amount not less than the advance payment issued by the bank, included in the top fifty largest banks in Russia and international banks with a rating not lower than BB+/Baa2.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: 40 days from signing the contract. Supplier delivers goods at its own expense and using its own resources to the buyer's warehouse. Provision of quality certificates or other document certifying the quality of the goods when entering the warehouse is required. The supplied goods must be new, not reconditioned. When the goods are shipped mandatory notification of the Buyer and provision of copies of: commercial invoices, TORG-12 delivery notes and documents confirming the shipment of goods by the carrier, is required.
