Comments: 1) Please note that participation in the competition means acceptance of the Buyer's contract form.
2) You must attach the Quote electronically signed and stamped.
3) When exhibiting a KP, it is necessary to specify the manufacturer of the product, availability, production date, delivery time to the supplier's warehouse, cargo dimensions (weight, volume, number of containers), point of dispatch;
4) The product must be new, not used;

6) You must fill out a packing list before shipment (see the example of filling in the purchase
documentation), stick the packing list on the package with the product, send copies of the documents to the customer by email.
Please note that this request is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 — 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Article 1057 — 1061 h. 2 GK RF. The package design (transport packagings) shall enable the goods to be handled by any mechanical device, including forklift, cranes, trolleys or manual manipulation, Depending on the size and weight of the cargo (goods). The package shall be designed in such a way as not to interfere with free access to the contents of the cargo area.
Metal products (pipes, fittings, corners, sheets, etc.) must be securely tied (wire, wire or metal band) into bundles (bags). The load bundle shall be able to withstand the weight of the load in the pack during material handling and prevent the metal from falling out of the bundle.
Each package must have a UL (or factory tag from the manufacturer).
Also, in order to prevent lack of TMC during delivery, UL with complete data (weight, number of pieces in 1 place) - for the TMC list that cannot be visually calculated in the cut (pipe, channel, etc.).
