Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the consignment within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery of the consignment (the date of signing the consignment note without complaints) and the submission of the tax invoice.
Delivery terms:
delivery to the Buyer's warehouse at the Supplier' expense
Comments: 1) Commercial proposal should be issued on the letterhead paper sealed and signed by the company’s CEO.
2) Commercial proposal shall specify:
- cost of goods and materials with VAT, including delivery to the buyer's warehouse, including packaging (packaging should only be in accordance with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96),
- estimated volume and weight (of the whole shipment)
- attitude to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.)
- term of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse
- warranty terms
- delivery method
3) The products must be new, not previously used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the TCH;
4) Certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality must be attached to the KP
5) Before shipment, it is necessary to provide a photo map of the product packaging, photo labeling of the goods (labeling requirements in the uploaded documentation)
6) Criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, delivery time, cost, packaging, payment terms, work experience;
7) This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
8) This procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
