Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferral of payment for at least 50 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Consignee's warehouse.

Transportation costs for the delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse (TC warehouse) in Omsk are borne by the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The Bidder must be a user registered in the B2B–Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a Bidder of the System.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the Call for Bidding at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting bids, without imposing liability.
4) If the supplier participates in the competitive bidding process, it means that if it is declared the winner, it agrees to conclude a delivery contract according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without a protocol of disagreement and to deliver on the terms specified in the Call for Bidding announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial offer indicating the delivery dates.
6) The winner is selected for each item separately (positional Call for Bidding) on the basis of minimum prices, with a minimum price difference positionally, but a significant difference in the value of the lot - lot Call for Bidding is possible.
7) If the winner for any reason refuses to supply a certain item at the price offered for the tender, the buyer has the right to order this item from the supplier who submitted the second cheapest offer for this item to the tender.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
