Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1.100% payment upon shipment within 15 banking days. 2. 100% payment upon delivery of goods and materials to the buyer's warehouse within 15 business days
Delivery terms:
1. The price shall be specified on Ex-Works basis, Supplier's warehouse, the location of the shipment warehouse shall be specified.
2. For each cargo place with goods and materials a packing list must be attached, specifying the supplied goods and materials and the quantity of those. (a compulsory condition)
3. Warranty for goods and materials shall be effective at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials by the customer, or from the date of commissioning of the goods and materials (one of these options is obligatory).
