Auto-extension

Payment terms:
1.100% payment upon shipment within 15 banking days. 2. 100% payment upon delivery of goods and materials to the buyer's warehouse within 15 business days.
Delivery terms:
1. The price shall be specified on Ex-Works basis, Supplier's warehouse, the location of the shipment warehouse shall be specified.
2. For each cargo place with goods and materials a packing list must be attached with goods and materials and with the indication of quantity. (Compulsory condition)
3. Warranty periods for goods and materials shall start at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials by the customer, or from the date of commissioning the goods and materials (one of the options is required).
