Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the total cost of the consignment within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery of the consignment (the date of signing the consignment note without complaints) and the submission of the tax invoice.
Delivery terms:

- estimated volume and weight (of the whole shipment)
- relevant to the product (a free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.)
- term of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse

3) products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the tap;
4) to SOE shall be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document certifying the quality
5) before shipment, you must provide a photo card packaging, photo markings (marking requirements in file documentation)
6) criteria for choosing the best offer: quality, delivery time, price, payment terms, operational experience;
7) this procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest, and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
8) this procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
