Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
1) The Participant must be a user registered in the B2B-Cordiant Trade and Procurement System on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in the prescribed manner and having the rights of a System Participant.
2) All the prices in the proposal must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for bids receipt, incurring no liability.
4) If the supplier takes part in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a supply agreement according to the standard form of Kordiant JSC without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial proposal indicating the delivery time.
6) The selection of the winner is made for each item separately (item-by-item purchase) based on the minimum prices, with a minimum difference in price by item, but a significant difference in the cost of the lot, a lot purchase is possible.
7) If the winner, for any reason, refuses to supply a certain item at the price offered for the tender, the buyer has the right to order this item from the supplier who submitted the second cheapest offer for this item to the tender.
