Comments: The KP must be issued on the official form with the head's seal and signature and attached to the boot documentation.
In the KP, you must specify:
1) The cost of TMC with VAT, subject to delivery to Buyer's warehouse, subject to packaging (The package must be only according to GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 requirements). The CP must necessarily reflect the total amount. The cost must be final, firm, include all extra costs (packaging, labeling, etc.).

2) Relation to products - free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc. You must download a document confirming the status of dealer, representative.

5) Transportation Conditions:
- Special transportation requirements, if applicable;
- storage conditions: warehouse open/closed, heated/unheated,
- temperature range at which the product retains its properties and for what period
6) Product warranty. You must specify the warranty period for the goods, as well as the date on which the warranty begins, (from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, shipment from the supplier's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, commissioning).
7) Replacement period under warranty.
8) Aftermarket service (indicate where applicable to the product. Do you provide service services, training, advice on various issues related to the goods delivered. Specify the company that performs service services to the goods delivered)
9) Experience in supplying this product on the market (attach a reference list)
10) Estimated volume and weight (per entire volume).
11) Consent to the contract.
12) Availability of stock in warehouses.
13) Products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the TKP display;
13) Certificates of Conformity, Passport, Quality Certificate shall be attached to the KP
14) Before shipment, it is necessary to provide a photo map of the product packaging, photo marking of goods (labeling requirements in the loaded documentation)
This procedure for requesting a proposal is not a contest and it is not regulated by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Code of the Russian Civil Code;

15) The CP must specify the expiration period of the offer
