Payment terms:
The postponement of payment for 60 days from the date of delivery to the consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Delivery to the warehouse of Consignee at the expense of the Supplier. Delivery date: September-October, 2016. Delivery is carried out strictly within the stated time frame.
Comments: 1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade and Procurement System "B2B Cordiant" on site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru, in accordance with established procedure, have the rights of the System Member. 2) All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the value of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by the supplier.3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for receipt of applications without imposing liabilities. 4) If the supplier is involved in the bidding, he agrees in case of declaring him the winner to conclude a supply contract in the standard form of OAO "Cordiant" without protocol of disagreements and make delivery under the conditions specified in the announcement of purchase. 5) Attachment of commercial proposal indicating the delivery time is required. 6) Selection of the winner is made for each item separately (per-item purchase) on the basis of the minimum price, in case of a minimum difference in price per-item, but a significant difference in the value of the lot the item purchase is possible.7) If a winner for any reason refuses to supply certain item at the proposed price, the buyer has the right to order a given item from the supplier that provided the second low price proposal for this item.
