Comments: 1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade - procurement System "B2B Cordiant" on site http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with established procedure, have the rights of System Participant. 2) All prices in the proposal should include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the value of all associated services, as well as any discounts offered by supplier. 3) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code. The buyer may cancel the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for receipt of applications without imposing liabilities. 4) If the supplier is involved in the bidding, it means he agrees in case of declaring him the winner to conclude a supply contract in the standard form of AO "Cordiant" without protocol of disagreements and make delivery under the conditions specified in the announcement of purchase. 5) Attach commercial proposal indicating the delivery time. 6) Selection of the winner shall be made for each item separately (per-item sale) on the basis of the minimum price, with a minimum difference in price per item, but a significant difference in the value of the lot - lot purchase is possible. 7) If a winner for any reason refuses to supply certain item for the proposed competition price, the buyer has the right to order a given item from the supplier that provided the competition's second low cost proposal for this item.
