Auto-extension

Comments:
1) The submitted application for participation must contain key information on the goods offered for delivery, conditions and delivery times.
2) Please read carefully the standard version of the supply agreement. The Participant has the right to propose a protocol of disagreement, which must be provided as part of the Offer. Otherwise, the Participant is considered to agree with the proposed version.
3) The Customer has the right to amend the Notice of the Request for Proposals and the Documentation of the Request for Proposals at any time before the expiration of the deadline for submitting applications for participation in the Request for Proposals, as well as refuse to conduct the Request for Proposals at any time before summing up its results.
4) The Customer has the right not to conclude an Agreement based on the results of the Request for Proposals.
5) The request for proposals is not a tender (tender, auction) or a public tender in accordance with Articles 447 - 449 of Part One and Articles 1057 - 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and does not impose on the Organizer and the Customer the obligations established by the specified Articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation ...
