Comments:
1) The offered products must be new, not used;
2) Certificates of conformity, passports, technical certificates must be attached. description, project drawing; quality documents;

6) Participation in the auction implies acceptance of the form of the buyer's contract.

Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
