Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer with a deferred payment of 30 working days from the date of delivery of the products and the provision of original documents. Delivery time is no more than 15 calendar days
Delivery terms:DDP G. Ust-Kut. All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the cost of the products. Delivery by the supplier to the buyer's warehouse. It is mandatory to have quality documents with delivery.
Machines are accepted with a full set of documents (UPD, TTN, quality documents) When transporting materials in winter by motor transport, it is necessary to have at least two sets of snow chains available on the vehicle carrying the MTR, otherwise the car will not be able to enter the factory.
To issue a one-time pass , you need:
1. A copy of the passport with a residence permit
2. A copy of the registration documents for the car and semi-trailer (STS)
3. A copy of the driver's license.

Companies with which an agreement has already been concluded do not need to attach constituent documents.

Comments:
1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
The place of the procedure: This procedure is carried out in electronic form on the ETP of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru ). The proposals of the participants are submitted in the form of an electronic document.
