Auto-extension

Payment terms:1.100% payment upon shipment within 15 banking days. 2. 100% payment upon delivery of goods and materials to the buyer's warehouse within 15 business days.
Delivery terms:1. Price shall exclude delivery costs to Magadan. Air transportation costs for all consignment of goods and materials shall be specified in separate line in commercial proposal.

2. For each cargo place with goods and materials a packing list must be attached with goods and materials and with the indication of number. (Compulsory)

3. Warranty periods for goods and materials must be valid at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials by the customer, or from the date of commissioning of goods and materials (one of the options is required).
