1. Products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the tap;
2. the products shall be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document certifying the quality
3. The procedure for requesting proposals is not konursom and is not governed by articles 447-449 5. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer
