The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Comments:
1. Participants who have not attached the TCH are not accepted for consideration.
Commercial offers are accepted for consideration, drawn up on the letterhead of the organization, with a signature and seal. Mandatory conditions for submission of the TCH are the cost, delivery time, terms and basis of delivery, payment terms, indicate the manufacturer for each proposed nomenclature.
Upload commercial proposal for the competition in two formats: 1. PDF with seal and contacts of the artist. 2. Excel file "Request for KP Lot MG-342", this file is in the attached documentation.
2. Required terms of payment: 100% post-payment within 60 calendar days from the date of delivery of goods and materials.
A prerequisite for all tenderers is agreement with our corporate requirements in the form of an agreement, in particular, payment terms and penalties.
FOR NEW SUPPLIERS attach a letter of agreement with our corporate requirements in the form of the contract.
3. Attach a certificate of conformity, quality certificate.

4. Priority for transportation and logistics through the commercial port of Nakhodka; data is attached to interact with the logistics company. The participant company has the right to independently choose logistics companies for prompt delivery to Pavlik JSC.

This request for proposals is not a tender or a public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions prior to the signing of an agreement with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer that exceed those listed in the conditions of the competition.
