| Payment terms: | The Customer shall pay the cost of the work performed by the Contractor within 45 calendar (for SMEs, 15 working days) after receiving funds from the Foreign Customer for the relevant work.
Payment for completed and accepted works is carried out after documentary confirmation of their completion on the basis of the acceptance certificate of the work performed and the original invoice signed by the parties. |
