| Payment terms: | Upon the provision of services on the basis of the acceptance certificate signed by both parties, and the invoice of the contractor (if the contractor is a VAT payer), subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the agreement:
- within 30 calendar days (in case of concluding a contract with a non-SME entity with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles including VAT (inclusive));
- within 15 working days (in case of concluding an agreement with a SME entity from the date of signing by both parties of the acceptance certificate for the services rendered. |

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
