ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONTRACT AS AMENDED BY THE CUSTOMER;
THE WORK MUST BE CARRIED OUT ON ITS OWN WITHOUT THE INVOLVEMENT OF SUBCONTRACTORS;
Equipment, materials and equipment for the provision of services must have all the necessary valid quality certificates, and, if necessary, permits for use, transportation and storage;
The delivery/export of chemical reagents, equipment and process engineer is carried out by the Contractor;
Provision of personal transport, car-houses for staff accommodation at the work site, communication, Internet is carried out by the Contractor;
The scope of services for this project includes the provision of personnel, chemical reagents, equipment, software products for the organization of work, preparation of work programs, plans, events, logistics schemes, engineering support, analysis of the work done, reports, including recommendations to the Customer, etc. Replacement of materials and equipment, as well as the use of additional materials is allowed only by agreement with the Customer.
The price includes 1 cubic meter . m of drilling mud includes the costs of preparation using a mobile drilling mud preparation unit, processing to maintain the specified parameters of the drilling mud (excluding geological complications), engineering and technological support, delivery of specialists, drilling mud preparation, materials, equipment, wagon houses to the object of work. It is necessary to have a mobile preparation unit at the entire stage of well construction and a manipulator crane for the preparation of drilling mud.
It is mandatory to have certificates of the absence of a COC.
Provision of a commercial offer in accordance with the established form (Appendix to the specification).
