13. The scope of the Services for this project includes the provision of personnel, chemical reagents, equipment, software products for the organization of works, preparation of work programs, plans, events, logistics diagrams, engineering support, analysis of the work done, reports, including recommendations to the Customer, etc. Replacement of materials and equipment, as well as the use of additional materials is allowed only in agreement with the Customer.
14. The cost of 1 cubic meter of drilling mud includes the costs of preparation with the help of a mobile unit of preparation of drilling mud, processing to maintain the specified parameters of the drilling mud (excluding geological complications), engineering and technological support, delivery of specialists, preparation of drilling mud, materials, equipment, wagon-houses to the object of performance of works. It is necessary to have a mobile preparation unit at the entire stage of construction of wells and a crane manipulator for preparation of drilling mud.
15. It is obligatory to use in the composition of drilling mud at least 2 organic inhibitors (polyglycols, polyamines, etc.) for stabilization of clay rocks with a concentration of not less than 30 kg/m3 in total, as well as it is necessary to have an emergency reserve on the well, not less than 1 ton of lubricating additive "Glital" and barite wearer not less than 20 tons.
