Payment terms:deferred 50 days from the date of arrival of the goods to the consignee's warehouse in the city Omske.
Delivery terms:Delivery time is June-July 2021 Shipping by transport and supplier to the consignee's warehouse in the city. Omske. Delivery to Omsk, 3rd Molodezhnaya 59 Corp. 2 South Passage PJSC Omskshina to a warehouse on the territory of the company.

Comments:
1) Member must be a user registered with the B2B Cordiant Trading System at http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the Member's rights Systems.

2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, and all discounts offered by the supplier.

3) The tender organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a competitive procedure at any time without explanation, without giving any responsibility to the participants. Tender is not tendering under articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation

4) If the supplier is bidding, it will agree, if declared the winner, to enter into a supply contract on the standard form of Cordiant without a protocol of disagreement and to make the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.

5) BE REQUIRED TO ATTACH A COMMERCIAL OFFER (hereinafter "KP") DURING THE MAIN STAGE AND RETRAMP, specifying delivery time and payment terms, and Certificate (representative, partner...), application for participation without attached commercial offers is not considered.

The vendor's commercial offer must contain information as requested, the seal of the organization and the signature of the authorized person

6) Prices must match the traded currency and in other cases the commercial offers are not considered.

7) The "Comparative Table of Participants", when placing an application, must be completed in full, according to the required graphs, without reference to the CP (e.g., "see "see. KP")
- Delivery time must be shown in the comparative table and KP in calendar days.
- The basis of delivery should be specified either "FEC Warehouse in Omsk" or "Consignee's Warehouse in Omsk".

8) In cases where the counterparty is not the producer of the TMC, it is unable to provide documents (the status must be confirmed by the official letter (certificate) of the TMC manufacturer or the supplier's status information must be present on the Manufacturer's website), its offer for TMC is considered if the counterparty agrees to include the following clause in the contract:
"In case of delivery of a non-original item (another manufacturer's item), the Supplier shall pay the Buyer a fine of 100% (one hundred percent) of the amount delivered and replaces the goods with original".
