SPECIAL ATTENTION TO REQUIREMENTS:

8) In parallel with the competition, testing of devices is carried out, so when selecting the winner, all proposals will be taken into account, which will be tested successfully (at the time of the decision);
9) when submitting an offer it is mandatory to attach detailed specifications (IMPORTANT! without TTX the proposal is not considered).
