Possibility of bid submission in a different currency

Payment terms:
100% post payment within 15 working days from the receipt of goods at the buyer's warehouse:
Comments: 1) Supply of products as per request.
2) Mandatory upload of the following documents; commercial offer, certificate confirming the attitude to the product. Product Certificate.
3) Supplied products shall be new, not previously used.
4) The products must be accompanied by: product quality certificate / passport.
5) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience;
