Comments: 1) Commercial proposal must be issued on the official form with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the uploaded documents. 2) In commercial proposal there must specified: - the cost of goods and materials with VAT + shipping costs to the buyer's warehouse, taking into account packaging cost (package shall strictly comply with the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96); - delivery shall be specified separately; - units of measurement in the commercial proposal must comply with the requested; - relation to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer), delivery time up to the buyer's warehouse, - warranty terms; - acceptance of agreement. 3) Criteria for selection of the best offer: acceptance of to the agreement form, quality, delivery time and cost, packing, payment terms, working experience. 4) This procedure is not a public tender and is not regulated by the Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code, Art.447-449 of the Civil Code. Therefore, this request for proposals does not impose on the customer the appropriate amount of civil liabilities.
