Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:- Перечисление денежных средств на расчетный счет поставщика по факту отгрузки продукции транспортной компании Л-Ц в течение 90 календарных дней.
- Указанная в предложении цена действительна до 31.12.2017 года.
- С учетом тары, упаковки и всех накладных расходов.
Delivery terms:- Поставка продукции может осуществляться партиями.
- Указано примерное место поставки, точное место передачи транспортной компании уточняется по факту.
- Продукция должна быть упакована и промаркирована в соответствии с ГОСТом 15846-2002 (для крайнего Севера).
- Срок поставки - Июль 2017г.
