Basic requirements for Bidders

1. Russian software (must be registered in the Russian Software Registry)
2. Transparent/end-to-end authorization in AD (SSO via AD)
3. Support for the role model of access to objects/forms/functions/reports/uploads
4. Ability to limit the visibility of data in tables/forms by columns and rows
5. Logging of any changes/operations
6. Prohibition of data export by regular means (access control by roles)
7. Requirements for creating links between servers:
- the link must have access to those databases and objects that are involved in the business process
- it is a priority to use a link with end-to-end authentication
8. The backup copy must be on a separate server from the combat base
9. Development on impersonal data
10. The data must be on the Customer's servers, do not use cloud solutions


The organizer of the Call for Bidding has the right to refuse to conduct a request for proposals at any stage, without incurring any liability to the Bidders of the Call for Bidding procedure or third parties to whom such action may cause losses.
